Protection of personal data and cookies

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a set of laws voted by the European Commission and transcribed into French law since May 25, 2018 for all companies operating in the European Union.

Below you will find questions and answers regarding the processing of your data by VIBED and its service providers.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING MY DATA?

The controller of your data is the company SAS Vere Primo Flore itself.

TYPE OF DATA COLLECTED AND LOCATION OF DATA

Our database servers are located at Shopify Inc.

For all orders placed on the website www.vibed.store, we store the data necessary for processing your order (product purchased, size, color, quantity) and for shipping your order (title, surname, first name, address, telephone number, gift message) and for customer knowledge (date of birth, email address).

This data is deleted when the user requests it to Itimagineshop@gmail.com, and each newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.

VIBED also reserves the right to collect browsing data through the use of cookies, in accordance with current legislation. A cookie is a computer file stored on the hard drive of the Customer's microcomputer. Its purpose is to indicate a previous visit by the Customer or Prospect to the website www.vibed.store. The customer may refuse the use of these cookies during their first visit, via a dedicated banner displayed on the first visit. At any time during subsequent visits, the user can also delete their cookies in two ways:

DATA RETENTION

In accordance with the retention principle of the General Data Protection Regulation, and the simplified Standard 48 for the management of customer and prospect files, personal data relating to customers cannot be retained beyond the retention period strictly necessary for the management of the commercial relationship.
VIBED undertakes to delete or archive Customer data after a period of 3 years following the last purchase, and Prospect data after a period of 3 years following the last interaction. Exceptions are data necessary to establish proof of a right or contract which may be archived, as provided for by the provisions of the French Commercial Code relating to the retention period of books and documents created during commercial activities, and the French Consumer Code relating to the retention of contracts concluded electronically.

RESALE OF PERSONAL DATA?

Under no circumstances does VIBED resell personal data to third parties. All the data we collect is neither given, nor rented, nor sold, nor exchanged to third-party companies.
